Austral Compact 28 Fold Down Clothesline

the system does not work properly.I am a builder 0f 50years experience.The locking system when lifting up will not drop down and engage.I have to manually do this as my wife cannot.Also i ordered an in ground kit,and when i was assembling i could not find the cord tie offs.I found them later in the wall mount bag.That is weird as i was not wall mounting.A better idea would be to put in the bag of contents that is for what is ordered.
