Returns
I always get the return protection, I have had on a few occasions where they have sent me the wrong bag or I didnt like the shape of the bag when I received it. It made it very easy to return.

A Worthwhile Racket
The additional, prepaid return shipping option is much better than PLGs return fee! It makes returns easy & purchases are covered from damage seen with these lower cost delivery companies.
