I have the Unlined Navy Blue Shell Cordovan for my Panerai watch to replace the rubber strap. I didn't like the feel of the rubber strap after wearing it. I wanted something natural feeling and this cordovan strap was the answer. I wanted something low key and the leather is softer than I thought. It was softer than some of my calf skin leather strap. You don't need any time to break them in. It's thinner than most strap that are lined but I didn't this strap to be noticed. I wanted something natural and comfortable to wear all day long. I would buy the cordovan again for another watch.
