Almost perfect

The quality of the keycap itself and the print is outstanding, though there were a couple of them misalinged, but customer service was also very communicative and able to replace the keycaps for me! Definitely coming back to make more beautiful keycaps!

Perfect... except not really.

Pretty much everything about my order was great so I won't give too much detail on it - good communication, helpful when changing the design, came quickly, really nice packaging. However, my main gripe is I think they just forgot to center any of the designs for keys? Basically every key on my keyboard is poorly centered, from "almost imperceptible" to "how did they mess that up, it's off by like half an inch" (on the spacebar, for example). It's fine at a glance, but if you have OCD like me it eill seriously bother you on closer inspection. Otherwise, yeah, love it!
