Amaretto Rum Cake

I rated it 2 stars because these are smaller than the actual cakes from the Bahamas and the Rum is mild not as the original (strong flavor). I will wait until I visit the Bahamas again to purchase from the factory, sorry.

The cake was a tad dry, but the alcoholic almond flavor from the amaretto was just enough. I would get this again.

Moist and delicious!!
