Mike Pope Flex Core Bass Preamp

Mike Pope Flexcore preamp

The Flexcore is a wonderful sounding pre that was cake to install. I had it up and running in under 1 hour. And the sound? Bite, punch, clean, versatile, and I’ve yet to experiment with the jumper settings. I’m super pleased.

This preamp is awesome. It's easy to install and sounds incredible. Each of the 4 bands has 2 frequencies to choose from and they're very responsive. You can dial in just about any tone you desire. Last night I was installing a previously purchased preamp from another brand in a pj 5 string. Nothing will make you appreciate the flexcore screw terminals like trying to solder 5 wires to a tiny little blend pot in a cramped area.
