Grill -stainless steel rotating fish

Purchased this rotating fish grill and used it on Sunday to cook a see bream .put it on bbq after about ten mins it opend up And fell on to the hot coals only saved about a 5th of the fish .the lock on it comes open very easily so I have purchased Some metal clips to hold catch down and this does the job ok as put some sausages in it so I recommend doing this as I wasted money on the fish I cooked .don’t know if it should have come with clips or I had a faulty catch on mine but I recommend this product if you put clips on the catch so you don’t ruin your food .
