Order to despatch takes a few days so it is important to be organised. Delivery is relatively expensive but the food arrived frozen. I live in the far north of Scotland which always adds a day to delivery. A competitor sent frozen food that took four days to arrive and was inedible when it did. So Lunar pass this test with flying colours. The cats love the food, it comes as sort of burgers which makes dishing it out easy and quick. The downside is the cost which is higher than it should be for meat not fit for humans. Once we settle down into a routine of portion sizes and so on I will have to see if the price is too high or not.
