Replacement rails

Moved into an old house last year … have finally replaced the old wooden lathes and given the ‘old maid’ a spruce with enamel paint and new ropes. Thank you so much for a quick and efficient delivery service. It’s looking and working beautifully !

Replacement rails

Our airer is 13 years old and the rails had become discoloured. The wood had patches of black as if by damp mould. I tried sanding the rails but to no effect. The answer was to replace them with a 6-pack of new ones. This we did and they now look splendid up in the Utility Room ceiling. Thanks also to Shona for sorting out a hiccup in the delivery.
