I got my ring size wrong, so I requested an exchange that day after it arrived. I received a response to my request within an hour with instructions on how to proceed. I completed the next step,and the next day I got an RMA and instructions on completing the exchange order on the website, including a coupon code so I wouldn't get charged a processing fee (because I was within 30 days) . I shipped my ring back the next day (I used USPS Priority Mail), and I received the replacement ring (1/2 size larger) in a week. I was really pleased the communication and the timely exchange! I'll be recommending Vansweden to friends and family.
