Ordered my engraved ring and apparently thought I had the largest fingers in the world. 3 sizes too big. Realized my mistake after it arrived and wrote Vansweden to see if I could get it resized. This guy Alex was awesome and gave me instructions to return the ring- no questions asked. Paid for shipping and the new engraving and 3 days later it arrived. Just amazing customer service.
