I have an Aquasonic toothbrush and the heads (at least the first one I'm now using), fit just fine. It take a little getting used to the feel of wood against my lips, but I'd rather it feel a little weird at first and know that I'm not filling my mouth with microplastics.

I was looking for something like this for a while, since I wanted a sonicare but wasn't willing to compromise on the plastic waste issue. So, I specifically only made the shift after finding these. I used the plastic heads that came with the toothbrush before buying these, so I can give an informed comparison. These work great so far. There are a few points where I'd love to see improvement, but none of them are dealbreakers. 1) They come in one firmness only. I typically prefer stiffer bristles. But because the bristle density seems much fuller than a typical brush, I find that I don't mind it much. My teeth still come out feeling clean and its maybe even a little nice. 2) The head fits basically as well as the sonicare heads, but (perhaps because of the bristle softness) I find myself pressing harder against my teeth and it has popped off once or twice. Again, had I pressed that firmly on the sonicare heads, they likely would pop off too. This may just be a matter of adjusting.

better than I expected

I ordered Mother Earth Toothbrush heads because I didn't want plastic in my mouth if I could find an alternative. I wasn't expecting these toothbrush heads to be as good as what I've been using for as long as I can remember. But I was thrilled to find that they not only we as good, but they were BETTER! The brush seems to clean better and feel better. So these are a win win. No more plastic in my mouth and no more plastic going down my drain and into the water system.
