I originally ordered a small and exchanged for a medium as the waist was slightly tight which wasn't good for bushwalking. There is a large size difference between S and M. The waist does fit using maximum adjustment however the hips and legs are very loose and baggy. Unlike others reviewing I definitely couldn't use as a dressy pair of pants because of the bagginess The reason I haven't returned it is the zip. Those who bushwalk may know that a device used to enable urination without dropping your pants can only be used with a zip not an elastic waistband. I love my Sundial S pants with the elastic waistband but will use the Terra on longer hikes where more people are around.

Pants well tailored and length is fine. Sizing is roomy in the hips. Otherwise very comfortable.

Just what I wanted

Lightweight and adjustable make these pants perfect for travelling ( and being 155cm it helps that I don’t have to cut off 5inches and hem them ) I bought 2 sizes in case I wanted more room some days .
