I have only used it briefly during a small power outage but it worked great ! My wife & I both work from home and it allows us to keep the starlink open and laptops functional

Panels and battery arrived separately but ko issues. Read the panel instructions or watch a You-Tube video to be sure you have them together right. Haven’t really used it yet other than to charge & it charged quickly under both solar & electric. It seems like there have been price reductions right after we received ours. I ordered online so you might get a better price if you order over the phone.

The generator, extra battery pack and solar panels all work well together. The units charged fast and works well powering household items. We haven't had a power outage yet but when we do this unit will be much more convenient than our gas generators. The price was a good value for the size generator, 3600w generator plus an additional 3600w battery for 7200w of emergency power. The 500w solar panels provide an adequate method to charge the units.Shipping was fast with good tracking provided. I plan on purchasing a transfer switch and possible a 2nd generator to provide 240v and an additional 3600w. This would enable me to power my AC and range during a power outage.
