Semi-Spread Collar Polo Navy Gingham Original

This product fits very nicely and the collar is a little stiff but makes the shirt look so much better, I am probably just used to floppy collars on a Polo but this looks much more formal

Like the look and feel but the buttons on the shirts I got were flimsy. On one of the two shirts I ordered the button came off when I was unbuttoning the shirt. For the price of the shirts I would have thought I wouldnt have to worry about the buttons being flimsy or falling off. Disappointing for sure. Update: I immediately contacted customer service via email. (Customer service is outstanding) I was asked to send pictures of the shirts and was given 3 options on how to "make it right" All of this happened and was completed about15 minutes after I sent my first email. I was assured that this occurrence was atypical. I'm going to give it another shot..1) because customer service has been outstanding 2) because the polos look and feel great

Collar sits a bit too high and I did expect a firm collar but not that firm,but that’s just my opinion.Maybe it was just that particular shirt.Quality is very good.
