Good one but too strong with Garlic

Great achar but could do with little bit of less Garlic and worthy to let veggies sit in oil/vinegar for a bit longer to marinate perfectly. All veggies are too hard and fresh and have a little bit of crunch (which many folks may like) Speedy delivery.
