I emailed Apatchy to tell them about a fault with a bag I'd bought. I had a response immediatley sending me a postage paid label so I couild return the bag for a replacement. The replacement arrived a couple of days after I had sent the returned the faulty one. Very imporessed with the level of service. And I like the bag
