16 Ultra Washable Felt Tip Pens

Arrived quickly. Packed well. But we opened one of the 4 packs of pens (9 colours in total, double-sided) and 5 of the 18 sides in total are dried out and barely write anymore. They were a present for my daughter and I’m very disappointed as was she. :( The pens are good when they work… But not sure what to expect from the other 3 packs now and I spent £50 on half-writing pens.
