My wrists might be too thick, besides that they are good

My wrists might be too thick but having them at the very end of the wrist wrap still cuts circulation to my hands more often than not. If you are on the bigger side, look up alternative wrist wrap options! But they do what they advertiseand they do it well!

It helps with my arthritic hands and wrists. It doesn't relieve any pain but does give some support.
