I received a bottle of the gel polish in the limited edition, Star Wars, Mandalorian, and Grogu set with a defective cap. They were very quick to respond and after sending a quick video of the defective bottle they shipped a new one right away. I was so worried I wouldn’t get a replacement since it was part of the limited edition set but the sent one to me quickly. I’ve always had great costumer service which is another reason why I love the Olive and June products.

My very first time using gel products, I was a little nervous about the removal process but the system is well designed to do the job and it did! Note: in reality It took more than 15 minutes soaking, probably more like 25-30 minutes total, I had to keep extending the soaking time and gently working with the orange stick til I could remove all the product from my nails. It took some patience but in the end my nails look healthy, no damage at all which made the whole process worth for me. The silicone finger tips and the little sponges are great, they stay on without leaking. Good kit, I recommend.
