Nice shoes but hard to return

The shoes are well made but you need to break in (leather is very hard). I bought my regular size 8 but ran large. I wanted to return them but was told to return to China and I have to pay international shipping. I am okay to pay the returning fee but they didn’t provide address in Chinese which the shipping company requires. I still haven’t heard anything back after a few days of my request. I was going to order a different pair of shoes from them initially but now I will say be aware of them. I called the phone number listed on their website but no answers and the phone just ended without any messages.

My first choice is out of stock hence I found this replacement and very pleased with my 2nd choose. Like the colour & elegant design, and the leather is so soft and comfy. It is slightly too big for me, but the shoes come with a pair of detachable insole literally improved the fitting. Thumbs up!

The shoes are great style. I suggest you buy size 7 if you wear size 8. But post service handled great.
