Embellished Baseball Hat - NY Black on Black (PREORDER - ESTIMATED SHIP DATE - 7/15-7/30)

So I purchased this item as a " too me " gift . As soon as I got it, I put the entire package in my closet bc I was having surgery due to breast cancer . I finally wore it for this first time today and I notice several of my rhinestones were loose and one of them fell off, luckily it came off in my car and I have beige seats so I was able to find it . I called the customer service number and advised them of my issue . And they offered to replace my hat! I was so happy they were willing to work with me . The hat is worth every penny and It's beautiful ! Mishaps happen , I'm glad I was able to catch the issue and the company was willing to assist me . I would definitely be purchasing other items !

The cap is stylish and the applique was properly placed despite a few pieces of thread being left on it. A personal preference of mine is to have the snap back instead of the velcro for a more secure fit. This cap can easily elevate any outfit-make the purchase.
