Personalised Green and White Small Pet Bowl

This is my third purchase of a pet bowl replacing one which I broke. The design has changed I think for the better. Unfortunately, the bowl has lots of blue inside the bowl and I have the sage colourway, I am a frequent buyer of independent potters so I understand the nature of each piece looking different. I did message HHS and got a quick response with a new bowl getting sent out to me. I still await delivery confirmation etc. Up until now customer service has been good! I don't think I will purchase from HHS again.
