I got a different OluKai golf shoe originally in 11.5 and it was too small. It was a gift and the customer service person (Medel) was really helpful. I paid the difference and received my shoes really quickly. They are the most comfortable golf shoe that I have ever worn and I love them. They were $200, which is a lot, but worth every penny... Thanks for great customer service and for an awesome golf shoe...
