Octopus Write and Draw Ink 425 Blue Chameleon

It's a decent ink, but not nearly good enough to replace Sailor and Pilot pigmented inks. My main complaint is that the ink has a tendency to spread, even premium paper, and that it dries to a rather flat, chalky sort of finish. It is, however, waterproof, so it deserves at least three stars for that alone.
