got an average tube by Youtube standards 27.6 snr 72res 1 halo 1.05 ebi and Green phosphor it was and elbit gen3 and honestly if your contemplating a pvs 14 just go for something average long as its not gen2/gen2+ and has atleast 25snr it will work just fine. really you get diminishing returns for the preformance to cost after like 27-30 snr and 25 is good enough not to say their not better but its to say that after 30 snr your paying for a spec that you wont be able to actually see the difference on with a gen 3 tube so if 3k+ is outta of your budget get a gen3 with "average" specs in that 2200-2900 range and you'll be more then fine.

Having someone hand inspect NVG's quality and measures eases the nervousness of such a big purchase. I couldn't be happier. 6 Stars.
