Wella Blondor Permanent Liquid Toners

Wella Blondor Permanent Liquid Toner Is the best! My hairdresser has a hard time getting the brass out of my hair after he lifts because my hair is so dark and this stuff has been wonderful. It helps so much. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get the brass right out. I found best results using a 6 toner.I need to deposit not remove.

It turned my roots a weird brassy color, which was odd considering my hair was a level 10 perfectly bleached roots and everything. It didn’t come out platinum it was more of a silver with a tint of white. I’m not sure if I would purchase it again, I usually stick to my T18 or T19, but I do like the color.
