Weird sizing

The bust area is way too small. I ordered a M, couldn’t zip but fits everywhere else. So I ordered a L, still can’t zip and is too big everywhere else. For reference I’m a 34 A so I’m not large in the bust area, there’s just no give.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!

I can’t express how great the customer service is here, my first dress got sent back due to “undeliverable” address, which was usps’ fault because the address was correct. This is 2 weeks out from the wedding. Once I realized this issue, not only did Birdy grey shipped it out the same day, but they refunded the initial 12.99 shipping fee for the inconvenience. Once I got the dress, it didn’t fit (my fault). I called again in panic and the representative walked me through the measurements.. recommended the correct size, got the shipping expedited for free, sent me a return label for free for the first dress, and I received the SECOND correct beautiful dress 3 days later. This nightmare was quickly resolved with this company. Being someone that has been in 13 weddings, this is by far the best company to order anything bridal. Hands down! Thank you Birdy grey for saving the day TWICE!
