Fits but disappointed with how it arrived

I can’t believe I paid $110 for a dress to show up shoved up into a bag. It is completely wrinkled from head to toe. I would expect better from a company that ships bridal items when you spend over $100 for a product from their website. There is no way at one point that this garment was event attempted to be folded and placed in the bag with care. With all the wrinkles there is no way it wasn’t just shoved into the bag with disregard.
