Way mat neo!
This mat is a wonderful combo mat towel for hard surfaces. It doesn't slip on hard surfaces, has a little cushion, and a towel like top for hot practices. Then into the washer and hang to dry or in dryer if your like... So it's very hygienic. Would give 5 more stars if it came in a longer wider version for tall people. The rubber/neoprene smell is also a little off putting at first but fades with washes.
