Great piece of equipment

I have many friends who have the Twiststep and have admired it from afar. When it came time for my older dog to need some help getting in to my vehicle, I did not hesitate to order one. Great decision! This little gem is very sturdy and should last for years to come. My only problem is that the instructions are a bit lacking. I figured it out because I was already aware of the product and how it works but a "first timer" might have more trouble.

Step & Hitch lock

I have a defender and it works perfectly. My older dogs (55 pounds) use it easily right from the start. I did put a vest on the dogs before they attempted it so I could guide them and be sure they used it correctly. I had always used collapsible stairs. But they are bulky & take more time to set up. The swing step doesn’t take any interior space & quickly opens in to place. I am 100% satisfied w my purchase.
