Slammer® IV Spinning Reel

Don’t buy!!

I bought 2 of these less than 6months ago one of them started to wobble in the crank handle and metal started coming out the side the reels are basically brand new the warranty system is you have to mail it off at your expense for them to determine if it’s covered and then you have to wait weeks for them to repair it and return it back which wouldn’t be a bad deal if the reel was beat and heavily used but brand new I felt it should be a simple exchange

The slammerIV is the best fishing reel I have ever owned, very smooth, reels in like a winch, line lay is perfect. I love this reel.

Life is too short for cheap reels

Just purchased the Penn Slammer IV. Very smooth action. Can’t wait to try it out. Should have bought one years ago.
