Missing rod clamp screws

Reels are nice Ordering and receiving was a good experience. However Upon installing the reels on the Penn rods I ordered, one reel was missing the 2 rod clam screws in the package with the clamp. I have emailed your customer service and called to get the screws or another rod clamp package sent to me asap.
