Passion® II Spinning Combo

Package came in looking used and scratched! Was not even wrapped, they just threw plastic and 1 little bubble wrap. The packaging is terrible. For a well known brand youd think they could afford to wrap a $200 product better. But nope, my pole AND reel were just bouncing around in this big empty box.

Rod and Reel came poorly packaged. Reel seems to be okay and not damaged but the rod eyes are all bent. Waiting to hear back from Penn. received another order from Penn today and seem to be having the same issues. Rod tip is broken on one and reel broken on the other. Luckily I have a few months before I start fishing again. Very poorly packaged. They need to figure out a better packaging / shipping method.
