Amazing Cookbook!

Amy is amazing! She is very talented at her craft. The book is gorgeous and her recipes are to die for. The recipes do not disappoint and aren't hard to follow, even for someone like me who is not a baker.

What do I make next???

I'm having trouble deciding which amazing dessert to make first! I just finished baking up the peach cobbler and it looks fantastic already. I bake for a crowd starting April until October and can't wait to try more selections from this fabulous book.

I love the Biscoff Cookies. The lemon cookies were flat but I saved them by using the dough to make Lemon Bars. The next time I make them, I will refrigerate the dough for a couple of hours.
