Bought this eyepiece to use with my 16” F4.5 dob Great eyepiece. The wide angle is great for a non tracking telescope. I could easily track by hand at over 380 magnification. Could easily find m57 “ring nebula” using my 8x50 finder scope without changing eyepieces In light polluted suburban sky. Which I think is great Worth the price in my books

I ordered the Televue Ethos 4.7mm from All-Star Telescope in Edmonton, AB and had it about eight days later (Vancouver Island). Ordering an eyepiece of this quality and corporate reputation is something some of us mortals can only dream of. I finally have mine, and to say it doesn't disappoint is an understatement.
