Unit was well packed with all parts included. Assembly was easy and the tripod is very stable with the extension installed . No more twisting and lying down to do a polar alignment! Viewing images near the zenith also will not require knelling.

I had an issue with the camera on my Edge HD hitting the legs of the tripod. This rose the mount a bit over 8 inches off the tripod which allows for the camera free travel
