Poor Service

Very poor service. I received the slip cover and noticed it was faulty therefore I contacted Dodo and was advised to return it. I did this and emailed Dodo the same day to inform them and supplied them with a copy of the proof of postage. It has now been eight days and I have heard nothing from Dodo, no acknowledgment regarding the return of the slip cover and nothing regarding a replacement, which is very poor service. I will reconsider whether I purchase any further items from Dodo in the future.
