Should have the exact hat type called out
It looked like the hats were Richardson 112 but they arrived as Richardson 115 which is a different style (slightly) and different fit. I would not have ordered if I had known that and now I would have to pay shipping to send back.
UPDATE: I will say that their customer service is top notch. They reached out and offered to make it right with the style we wanted as long as it was available from Richardson. Great service and, even though the product wasn't what I was looking for, I will definitely order from them again.
