Great fragrance and even better customer service.

My original purchase was a 17ml bottle of Impadia. It arrived with a nozzle that leaked everywhere when sprayed. I contacted Scent Rush to complain. They responded quickly. I give 4 stars and not 5 because they asked for proof of the faulty nozzle. When I sent the video, they said I misunderstood. How do you show proof of a faulty nozzle other than by spraying it? Anyway, they gave me a free return lable and sent a replacement, which works very well. It was done very quickly and they were very professional. They also included 2 free perfume samples, for which I am grateful. I highly recommend them. The frangrances are genuine. Their customer seevice is quick to respond to any problems.
