Carrier Air Conditioner 42PQV030X Replacement Remote Control

Remote arrived after having to chase them for over a week. Finally arrived and wasn’t paired. Haven’t been able to resolve with the supplier, terrible customer service. Unresponsive to emails, and have said I can return it at my own expense for a refund which I’m unhappy about as I’ve already paid for shipping for it
