I have placed two orders recently the shipping was fast and products are true to all expectations, I do need to exchange or return 2 items (due to preference only) but I haven’t yet received a response from Customer Service which, truthfully, surprises me. Thank you

I am not sure how it fits I didn’t order it big enough so I ask if I could buy more links and they told me no I need to return it and when I tried that the guy told me they could send me extra links so I don’t know what I am supposed to do?

Comes in a box and is well presented especially if it's for a gift, I'm very happy with my necklace, although I haven't noticed any amazing benefits as yet, I am not disappointed in my purchases and think it rather lovely.
