Excellent product, online video instructions are very well done. I did not take off the bumper, and I had no problems installing, I did it myself. If you are installing alone, mount frame brackets, then winch brackets to the frame brackets, and then the winch (do winch prework first). It made it manageable alone. The multi-tool is perfect to cut the grill if that's the look you want, still plenty of room to access the free-spool handle. Again, do not hesitate to buy if this is what you're looking for. Several of my friends with other brand trucks were looking for something like it, as they were very impressed....There isn't, they are unique and only for Ram.

Hidden winch

Ok watch the video and follow it. I did most of the job by myself. Everything went smooth as for putting bumper back on. But I did have remove the plastic under bumper and the 2 rubber pieces under the headlights. But 3 thumbs up.
