Easy to digest
It was easy on my stomach but did cause some constipation and went to taking it every few days and that helped. I tolerated it a lot better than regular iron supplements.

Great iron supplement
I found out I had low iron in my 3rd pregnancy. I tried a few different things. My stomach was upset by them and I didn't feel any better.

Great for people who hate iron pills
