This was the sweetest gift, I didn't think I would appreciate. I have never used a silk eye mask just because I never thought I needed one. BUT, when you're given a gift, you try it out! I was so surprised how luxurious it felt putting it on, and how well I slept that night! Totally blocking out all other light. I love it and have used it most every night since! Thank you!
