Classic Y-Shaped Weighted Vest - Adjustable Weight

Was looking for a weighted vest that I could add weight as I feel ready. I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders so wasn’t sure how this would work for me. The vest is very comfortable. Use it very day on my walks.

It is very comfortable for what I do, which is wear it all day long. I walk a lot. I do some light aerobic and stretching exercises and hand weights. It's a good fit for my not insubstantial bust.

I would like instructions on how to start using and ramping up. Best is comfortable but the straps flapping while I walk scrapping my arms is uncomfortable. I will use rubber bands to hold them down.
