NOT THE ONE FOR ME
Bib short preference is personal and I really wanted to like these but they aren't for me. The legs are a bit short and the chamois a bit thin for my taste. The compression is nice and the straps feel good but that's not enough to get me onboard and order more of these. I use them for short trainer rides since I bought them but definitely not using them on any long or outdoor rides.

Not what Voler used to be
I've been wearing Voler bib shorts for nearly 20 years. These are not what they used to be. The straps seem like an afterthought rather than an integrated part of the bibs. The fabric is "grabby" compared to the Race bibs I've been wearing. The silicon leg grippers don't do their job.
The previous sets of bibs were team custom, so maybe they use better fabrics and patterns for the team clothing. If this is where Voler is headed, I'll need to figure out another brand of bibs to wear. Do not recommend.

Amazing chamois
The material feels great. I like the integrated gripper. The wide straps are very comfortable. I wish it had more elastane and maybe have the top section a mesh material instead of solid material to help dissipate heat.
The bib fits well overall, and my only issue is it is too tight in the groin area compared to other bibs I have worn. I wish this section was either a little bit wider or more stretchy material. I understand it is a high compression fit though.
The chamois is by far my favorite feature. It is extremely comfortable and makes long rides feel smooth.
