This cookie is my husband’s absolute favorite from Cookie Dealer! 🥇It’s soft pillowy exterior gives the donut-like quality and dusted sith cinnamon sugar. When you bite into the warm center with the apple, it’s like eating a gooey holiday apple pie! I LOVE this cookie too, especially because in the US we have seasonal flavored everything, but in the UK not so much… so this was amazing — like taking a bite of Thanksgiving pie! 🍎🥧
