they finally did it, they fixed the squirt caps so it's smooth now. lifetime customer achievement unlocked

i mostly like the product, the bottle squirt mechanism is not great. it squirts in a weird direction, it's messy, and to make it worse, i talked to customer support about it who said they would fix it. i believe them that they're working on it, but don't tell me that it's going to be fixed soon or on the next batch unless you know for sure. i ordered a batch of 10 about 1.5 months after i talked to them and it still is the same.
