Freeze-Dried Truffle Sauce

This was just OK if you’re going to compare to their truffle slices in oil as far as truffle essence and flavor goes. This item by itself didn’t do it for me in terms of truffle explosion…. So I added the secondary which is the slices of truffle in oil. This is just my taste buds and MY OPINION. Everyone has different tastes so if you like subtle truffle flavor you can control that with the amount to put. I did not do that due to price.. I didn’t want to use up an expensive product for one or two dishes.
